Chinese Visa


We offer you a convenient Chinese visa service. The Chinese consulates do not accept mail-in visa applications at this time. we will submit your visa application to Chinese consulates in person on your behalf, regardless which state you reside.

The consulate fees for each passport:


Multiple entry visa within 1 year: $130.00

Rush fee:
2nd business day rush fee - add additional $40.00

Same business day rush fee - add additional $100.00

Note: If you request same day rush service, we need to receive your application before 8:30am on each business day.

It will take 3-4 business days for Chinese consulate to issue a visa with normal process, Rush and Express services( 1 day or 2nd business rush services) now available!
Our service fee is $35.00 per passport.

You need to send the following to us (Check list):
  • Your passport with at least 6 months valid before expiration and at least one blank page.
  • Print and fill out the Visa Application Form. If you cannot open the form, please download the reader here.
  • One 2"x2" passport photo affixed on the visa application form. The consulate accepts only STANDARD color passport photos with both ears visible.
  • Your money order or cashier check for the total amount payable to KDCAL Travel
  • Credit card payment is acceptable when you pay your air ticket together; however, if you apply your China visa only, credit card payment is also acceptable with 5% transaction charge. Please make sure you add shipping/delivery fee. You can download our credit card authorization form, please fill out, print, sign and fax (909-895-8855) to us, additional documentation meight apply.
  • If the first time you apply a Chinese visa for your child under 16, Chinese consulate required that you must include photocopies of your child's birth certificate and your passport. For non-U.S passport holder, please provide the copy of your alien registration card and passport.
  • Please make sure all visa requirements are met before you send them to us. We will not validate your application. We cannot be responsible for any delay caused by failure to meet requirements or other reasons for the consulate's denial of visa.
